She is a recognized authority on IP portfolio management and a frequent speaker on a wide range of IP topics.

Victoria manages the full life cycle of some of the world’s largest and most complex IP portfolios across a broad range of industries. Her practice spans all key aspects of intellectual property, including strategy, prosecution, clearance, enforcement, licensing, due diligence, M&A/restructuring and monetization. Clients value her knowledgeable, practical, business-minded and results-oriented approach to solving their IP challenges. She brings years of “Big Law” experience and a strategic, global mindset to her daily practice.
